1. History and development

- Faculty of General Education and English language was formerly Faculty of Basic Theories belonging to Thanh Hoa College of Culture and Arts

- In 2011:  Faculty of General Education was set up

- In 2015:  Faculty of General Education and English language was set up

- The training program of English language: full time
